The volume examines the development of the role and profession of Catholic women from the 1960s to the 1980s in the Federal Republic of Germany. Based on the example of the Catholic University of Applied Sciences of North Rhine-Westphalia, the changes in education and academic qualification in the fields of theology and social work are investigated.
